Rename nextcloud.conf to default.conf in /etc/nginx/conf.d/

The rename replaces the default server config of nginx and and allows
nginx to start. It otherwise fails with this error: [emerg] 13#13:
bind() to 0.0.0.0:80 failed (13: Permission denied)
