chore: update Nextcloud to version 33, update dependencies

- update Nextcloud to version 33.0.0
  - update Alpine Linux to 3.23
  - update PHP to 8.4
  - update hardened_malloc to branch 16
  - change verification of hardened_malloc to SSH signature instead of gpg
  - update Snuffleupagus to 0.13.0
